Frengo June 2 Sweepstakes

Eligibility:
Frengo Games Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Frengo Corporation and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Frengo Corporation, MBlox Inc. and VeriSign/m-Qube, Inc. and each of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate or win.
Promotion Period and Timing
The promotion period for each sweepstakes game begins at 8am EST on January 2nd, 2008 and ends on 8am EST on June 2nd, 2008.
Overview
The Frengo Corporation games will be a set of trivia contests promoted on Television through advertisements and promoted on the website www.frengo.com. Frengo will promote a sweepstakes game (from Hottest Celeb, Hottest Sports, Hottest NFL and Hip Hop) and a winner will be chosen. Each week Frengo will create a new set of questions for customers to answer via text messaging. A contestant who answers all questions correctly in a single game in one day will be will be entered into that game's Sweepstakes Prize random drawing. Each customer can enter the contest no more than five times on a single day. Customers who have chosen to terminate their subscription and not receive further messages from Frengo will not be eligible for the sweepstakes. At the end of the promotion period the random drawing will take place.
Prizes
For the Sweepstakes, Frengo will award 1) $1,000 in cash 2) 3 Ipods and 3) 20 Ringtones. There will be a Grand Prize drawing, award $1,000. There will be 3 Second Prize drawings, each to award an Ipod, and there will be 20 Third Prize drawings, each to award a ringtone. Promotion prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitutions by entrants will be permitted. Total value of all Prizes for the entire Promotion Period is $1,800. Frengo reserves the right to request that a subscriber provide proof in order to verify the accuracy of information provided by the subscriber, including age at the time of prize redemption.
Winner Selection:
A Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received, on or about June 2nd, 2008. The selection of the winning entries shall be within the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities, whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Winner Notification
Potential Prize winners will be notified by phone. Frengo will make ONLY one (1) attempt to contact the potential Prize winners at the phone number provided online or at the cell phone number used to enter and selected winner must agree (where permitted by law) to allow his/her name, home city and state to be disclosed on the web site. Prize winners may also be required to submit a photograph for use on the Frengo Website. If Frengo is unable to reach a potential Prize winner via phone within a two week time frame, he/she will be disqualified.
